Stopping the run is because they lost Tommie Harris to injury (plus he hurts on pass defense since you lose his ability to put pressure on QB) but I think the real problem isn't losing Mike Brown, but actually losing (and now not starting) Todd Johnson. Johnson was really solid in run defense (really hard hitting safety), and never out of position on passing plays (he's even forced some fumbles/INTS with big hits on receivers).<BR/><BR/>Lovie needs to pull Chris Harris, who has been LOST in the safety position against both the run and the pass.
