Michigan and Michigan State continue to baffle me.
Each are 4-0, each with a FBS opponent, and a (very close) win over 1-3 Notre Dame.
MSU's non-FBS opponents are combined 3-7. Michigans are 4-8. Neither have played a ranked opponent. Both are in the top 25 how?
Clearly the lower in the rankings you look, the more discrepancies you'll have. The one big question mark I have would be Utah for how high they are, although I would like to see them climb.
