BlogPoll Top 25 Ballot, Take 2:
Top 10 Stays, BYU Ends Penalty

After putting BYU in my preseason Top 10 and strongly considering Biff's arguments in the BlogPoll 1.0 comments below, I took them out of exile and back up near the Top 10. You dropped OSU 10 spots? They were playing possum last week against Ohio. That game was not true representation of how good they are. Everyone knows that they were using only their most basic playbook. Even after USC wins, OSU still has to be the hands down favorite to win the Over Inflated 10.
