Donovan McNabb's YouTube Moment

"YouTube Moments" are the new "15 minutes of fame." Lamar Thomas enjoyed his a week ago (along with Miami's football team, obvs).

Now, it's Donovan McNabb's turn.

Here's the video of him puking at the line of scrimmage from yesterday.*

(By the way, this backs up all the suspicion/rumor that he yakked during the Super Bowl. And he lost that game, too.)

* - Given that this is clearly swiped right off of a copyrighted broadcast, I'm curious to see how long it stays active, given YouTube/Google's sudden new focus on copyright protection.

McNabb didn't lose this game. Tampa Bay just got the kick of the last 25 years to beat Philly.

I imagine they'll get to deleting this particular copy sooner, assuming that often-used and static links are going to bring in more obvious traffic to one particular version of a clip than virally-spread links.

That is, I don't know how long your link will be valid; I have little doubt that ten or more copies of this clip will still be up on YouTube next week, though.

I didn't realize Jason Elam was playing in 1981.

How long before Andy Reid blames it on the Chunky Soup?

As whiny and bitchy as T.O. always sounds when people stick a microphone infront of him, stop and think about this.

Has T.O. ever lied about his team, teammates, or coaches during his rants?

He simply has no public relations filter between his brain and mouth. He says regularly what every player feels, but doesn't have the balls to actually say out loud. But it all turns out to be right in the end.

McNabb clearly needs to train his body more so that his endurance lasts into the 4th quarter and he's not puking up his guts and the game.

So what, he puked. He still got the TD they needed.

They didn't lose the game on the field goal, but rather the 4 turnovers and inability of the defense to get the stops they needed. Should have been a sack that last incomplete pass of Gradkowski!

McNabb is the new Pete Sampras, except for the whole 14 championships and best player ever in his sport thing....

But he totally has the puking part down.

Can we now call him Donovan "Beamen" McNabb?

Elam's kick was longer, but didn't turn a loss into a win. So it's not unfair to call it the kick of the last 25 years.

Of course, I'll take 45 yards in the snow as my choice.

Was it the New England Clam Chowder? It did create the same effect as the NE game.

Should the Eagles have had a couple of players back by the uprights trying to knock the kick away, just in case?

Even if they didn't kick the field goal, then TB would have to get in the end zone, and they'd already be there to help defend a pass.

McNabb didn't lose the game? 2 pick-6s don't count??
